About Us
Our company has been providing superior quality in Arizona since 2001. Projects range from $500 to over $550,000 including clientele from various city governments, general contractors, and individuals from the private sector. The structures we perform work on range from 900 ft2 to over 10,000 ft2 and include mobile homes, condominiums, single family, & multi-family housing.
AZEM was the first contractor in Arizona to become BPI certified. We currently are one of two BPI proctors that are certified as both building analyst and envelope specialists in the State. Our staff is highly skilled and experienced in all aspects of the services that we provide. We continually receive ongoing training and certification in order to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
KEN PANCOST
Consultant / Project Manager
As Senior Partner, Ken Pancost is responsible for operation and growth planning. He has been involved in the Construction industry for over 27 years, with over 15 years dedicated to Building Science training and retrofit.
Mr. Pancost's experience includes commercial/residential retrofit, energy modeling, public housing retrofit, and government affairs. Most Recently, he worked with the AZ State Energy Office as Weatherization Program Manager and the Foundation for Senior Living.
Mr. Pancost holds multiple training certifications, notably as a BPI Super Proctor as well as a weatherization expert. Currently, he sits on the board for Energy Outwest.
